Daily
- Check oil level and top up if needed
- Drain condensate from air receiver and filters
- Record operating temperature and pressure
Weekly
- Inspect air filter, clean or replace if dirty
- Check belt tension and cooler fins
- Listen for abnormal noise or vibration
Monthly / Every 2000 Hours
- Replace oil filter, air filter and separator
- Change compressor oil with OEM-specified grade
- Clean the cooler and check safety valve
